At Islander Flooring, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with our flooring. All saleable merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may returned within 30 days from the original delivery date of your order. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment or credit to our store. The following rules apply:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of original delivered date;
- Returned item(s) should be in the same condition when you received it, must be in its original packaging, brand new, and re-sellable;
- Item(s) must not be used, installed or marked in any way;
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees;
- Contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address. All items must return with their assigned RMA number included on the return shipping labels.
- All products will be inspected after received by our warehouse. Refund(s) will be issued after inspection.
- 25% restocking fee will be applied to return received in damaged or non-resalable condition. Previously installed flooring and moldings may not returned.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.

All unapproved or return without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be refused upon delivery, it may also cost additional shipping and handling fee.
Product Return Procedure
- To return a product in compliance with Islander Flooring refund policy, you must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number within the 30 days from invoice.
- Please call 866-208-1263 or email info@islanderflooring.com to acquire a RMA number.
- Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which the intended returned products must be received by Islander Flooring.
- Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Islander Flooring.
- Customer should use proper packaging material able to withstand the shipment back.
- Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the outside of the packages or box and/or on the shipping return label.
- To ensure that the correct packages are received, please send the associated tracking number to the package(s) once shipped to: info@islanderflooring.com

Refunds
If a refund has been issued, you will receive a credit to your original payment type in approximately 3-5 business days.
Islander Flooring reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned item(s) is in saleable condition.
