We ship to any residential or commercial address within the Continental United States. Molding and small sized orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. For flooring or larger orders they will be arranged by LTL Freight carrier.
Tracking information will send to your email address once the order has been processed. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking system to update the information.
Small Parcel: approx. 5 to 7 business days transit time.
LTL Freight: approx. 5-15 business days transit time. Majority order will ship via curbside with signature required. It usually takes 5 – 15 business days after carriers’ pick up at our warehouse. Shipping carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time. Flooring will be delivered curbside delivery. You will be responsible to bring the flooring into your house.

When flooring has arrived:
- Arrange someone present when delivered to inspect and sign for receiving.
- LTL is delivered curbside.
- It’s your responsible to bring the flooring into your house.
- If you find anything missing or damage, please take a photos or videos and contact us.
